Origin and Natural Habitat: Native to the wetlands, riverbanks, and floodplains of West Africa (Senegambia), Ammannia gracilis thrives both above and below water. In its terrestrial form, it boasts green leaves, while its submerged form features leaves up to 12 cm long, with stunning brown-red tops and violet undersides.
